I wanted to use images of pots and textured walls, which I had collected in Greece, to make textured pots for the house or garden; with a colourful surface texture reminiscent of peeling paintwork. I decided to experiment with dry glazes and combinations of glazes, together with various resist techniques such as wax, latex and newspaper.
